The Dalmec Posivel unit is specifically designed for the fast, simple and effortless handling of lighter weight products up to 40 kg. The Dalmec Posifil units can handle weights up to 80 kg and can be fitted with pneumatic tooling.

As standard hook units, they have many applications such as shifting containers with handles (pails, buckets, cans, plastics, etc.). The hook simply slips under the handle and with a flick of a switch renders the load weightless.

Custom designed tooling can be added to these units for the handling of boxes, rolls, castings - any products.

They can be column mounted, overhead fixed or overhead running.

Posifil PFC column mounted manipulator, fitted with pneumatic tooling for the picking and placing of vertical bobbins of yarn from a pallet to horizontal spindles for unwinding.

This version mounted on an electric powered pallet truck can service several different work stations and also transport the bobbin pallet.

Posifil PFC column mounted manipulator, fitted with a hook for handling engineering components.

 

Posifil PFF overhead mounted manipulator, equipped with tooling to grip bobbins of yarn and enable their manual inclination from vertical to horizontal.

Gripping is obtained by a pneumatically actioned mandrel which expands in the bobbin's core.

Posifil PFC column mounted manipulator, equipped with pneumatic gripping tooling designed for the picking and placing of cardboard boxes. The manipulator is fitted with a pneumatically actioned braking system, which can be applied to rotation about the column or to rotation about the vertical axis between the first and second arm of the unit.
